Offer me a piece of ski equipment for $25 and I’m immediately skeptical. No, I don’t need pole baskets shaped like little feet, thanks. But Booster straps actually work. Basically, they’re heavy duty elastic straps that you can really crank down around the cuffs of your boots (preferably replacing your power straps), noticeably improving the boots’ fit around your calves. As soon as I installed them, I felt livelier response from my skis and a reduction in boot bang, of which I’m normally a sufferer.
