OBERHOFEN, Switzerland, Dec. 3 2003 (AP) — A men’s World Cup downhill race was moved from the French Alps to Vail, Colo., because of a lack of snow, the International Ski Federation said Wednesday.
The race, scheduled for Dec. 13 in Val d’Isere, will now be Friday in Vail, which also has a men’s downhill Dec. 6.
