The snow in Japan feels better on your face, under your skis, and falling on your shoulders when you ride the chairlifts. It’s a slightly different type of goodness that’ll make any skier grin just a little bit bigger.
If you’ve never been to Japan, it’s important to remember that when you’re skiing there, you’re not actually in slow motion like in so many ski movies. In the latest footage from Polartec athlete Baker Boyd, there is no slo-mo, only fast, fun skiing to some cheery music. Turn it up, turn it on, and take a mental vacation watching a great skier speed through deep Japanese snow.
All footage is from Baker Boyd‘s recent two week trip to meet Teton Bros founder Nori Suzuki in Japan. For more on the collaboration between between Polartec and Teton Bros, please see this video.
