Jaw-dropping skiing from some of the best freeskiers in the world.

Verbier, Switzerland-based Faction Skis has one of the best pro-athlete teams in skiing. With names like Johnny Collinson, Kelly Sildaru, Elisabeth Gerritzen, and Candide Thovex in the mix, anything the Faction team does is going to be fun to watch. That's why we're stoked to see that the brand is releasing its second feature-length ski film "The Collective" this fall.

Created in conjunction with Red Bull Media House, "The Collective" is sure to be a thrill for anyone who enjoys watching people who are really good at skiing do their thing. With a team that is primarily park and freeride oriented, fans can expect to see some antics that will make jaws drop, as well as high-quality cinematography thanks to the production quality of Red Bull Media House.

"The Collective" - Teaser

"The Collective" will premier in Paris and Salt Lake City on October 10, 2019, and then go on tour worldwide. Faction wants to make it as easy as possible for college organizations, ski clubs, and other local communities to host their own screenings of "The Collective." Faction Collective: "This is Home"

One of our favorite ski movies from 2018, "This is Home" stars skiing household names like Johnny Collinson, Samuel Anthamatten, and Kelly Sildaru, plus a few flyby cameos from the skiing legend Candide Thovex. And you can now watch it for free in the comfort of your own home, even without borrowing your cousin's Netflix password.

Besides delivering the crazy freeride and park skiing these characters are known for, the team also examines the places and cultures that shaped their skiing. Filmed on location in Flathead Valley, Montana; Jyväskylä, Finland; Kuopio, Finland; Alta, Utah; Deštné v Orlických Horách, Czech Republic; Zermatt, Switzerland; La Clusaz, France, and Verbier, Switzerland.
