With an open-bounday policy and 19,000 acres of cat-skiing just out the back door, Brundage Mountain Resort quietly rules central Idaho. On the map, you’ll find Hidden Valley, an ungroomed playground that feeds into a large powder bowl with jib hits. What’s not on the trail map: Naughty Girl, a swath of rewarding powder stashes that loops beyond the resort’s south side and is named for the sassy mountain employee who found it.
