May 25, 2010- Demolition teams take the first crack at Hotel Jay. This funky old hotel has been a part of Jay Peak culture since 1973.
The new, 57-suite, ski in/ski out lodge was completed earlier this year.
This multi-purpose new clubhouse opened on June 18, 2010. It will function as a pro shop and golf headquarters in the warm months, and a nordic ski center in the winter.
Blueprints of the expansion project show larger, more up to date facilities, and more places to stay on the mountain. The entire project is scheduled to wrap up in the winter of 2012.
