With the 2013 Winter X Games taking over Aspen January 24-28th, we did a first person exploration of the total commitment to performance required for elite athlete, Kaya Turski, in preparation for the upcoming major competition in Aspen.
Competing Red Bull athlete, Kaya Turski, has struck freestyle skiing gold many times; in fact, she’s the most decorated female in Slopestyle’s young history. Turski was the first woman to land a switch 1080 at the March 2011 Nine Queens Big Air competition in Austria, a trick she landed again for her third consecutive gold medal at X Games Aspen in 2012.
In this latest episode of Red Bull Primed, find out how Kaya prepares for events, from an intimate perspective. Below I have included the link to the video/coverage on RedBullUSA.com along with the video embed code to post on your website. Please let me know if you have any questions and be sure to watch Kaya compete in the Women’s Ski Slopestyle competition at Winter X Games Aspen 2013 on Sunday, January 27!!
