At Mt Bachelor, take the Pine Marten lift to hole one on a course that winds its way around the ski area. Eighteen holes later you’ll be back at the base of Pine Marten. Lift tickets are $15 to get you up to the start of the course.
Sugarbush has not one but two 18-hole courses at the resort. The Peak Course requires a lift ride up the mountain and the downhill course leads you back to the base where another 18-hole course awaits.
During the summer on Aspen Mountain, you can play on the world’s highest disc-golf course. Hike or take the gondola to the top of Ajax for 18 holes of disc golf at 11,000 feet.
Starting at an elevation of 9,000 feet, Solitude’s frolf course has 18 holes and a total course distance of 7,750 feet. It’s free if you hike to the first hole or you can dish out six bucks to ride the lift.
This iconic Idaho resort has a nine-hole disc-golf course at its summit and another nine-hole course near its base. Hit up the Activity Center where you can rent discs and pick up a map/scorecard.
Ride the lift up to play on Wildcat’s nine holes on their Cheetah, Snowcat Slope, and Wild Kitten trails. For $15, you can rent three discs (driver, mid-range, and putter) and get lift access for two rounds on the nine-hole course.
