When dropping back in, aim to land high up on the wall, with your skis angled slightly downhill. Aim to land high up on the wall, with your skis angled slightly downhill. With a good takeoff and a few feet of vertical on the wall, you’ll land just right. If you suck up too much speed during takeoff, you risk getting launched out of the pipe; if you push off the wall too much, you may land too low.

Keep your hands forward, and absorb the landing with deeply bent knees.

Accelerate down the wall to gain speed, and focus on a takeoff point on the opposite side of the pipe.
