• Garbo’s Grill is a new joint inside the Carleton Lodge, at base of Whistler Mountain, focusing on burgers with 20 topping choices, including sauces, cheeses, and veggies.
• Canyons Resort unveils the new, improved Cloud Dine at the top of the Dreamcatcher and Dreamscape quads. The 300-seat venue boasts a menu of made-to-order salads, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas plus delicious pastries and coffee drinks.
• No need to come in for lunch at Ski Cooper thanks to the Cat Trax Snowcat, which rumbles around the slopes peddling grilled items, hot sandwiches, cocoa, and snacks. The cat sets up in different locations around the mountain throughout the season.
• At Breckenridge, the Peak 9 cafeteria reopens as The Overlook. And on the slopes, keep an eye out for Snowdrifter, Breck’s new mobile eatery, which will change locations throughout the season.
