Jan. 19, 2001–Canada’s Nissan National Ski and Snowboard Week kicks off Jan. 20 and runs through Jan. 28. Nearly every resort in the country takes part in the event. The Canadian Ski Council predicts more than 200 individual events will occur across the country to celebrate skiing and snowboarding in Canada. And a reminder to Americans looking for some sweet deals, go north!
