Queenstown, New Zealand is a hotbed for some of the best skiing in the Southern Hemisphere. Nestled on the shores of Lake Wakatipu beneath the Southern Alps, Queenstown is only 30 minutes from two ski resorts, Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, and just a few hours drive from Mt. Cook.
In addition to skiing, Queenstown offers a myriad of activities including fishing, rafting, jetboating, golfing, winetasting, bungy jumping, sky diving, and countless others.
With a population of only 9,000, Queenstown is a quaint little ski town that could be likened to Aspen, CO. Queenstown is intimate enough to walk around and is equipped with malls and boutiques that provide the best in handcrafted New Zealand-made products.

Mt. Cook
