Whistler’s massive terrain is impossible to explore in less than a week. We had a day. But its village and nightlife are among the best. Ski. Party. Eat. Sleep.

SKI: Start your day on Whistler’s Peak Lookout—West Bowl, Stefan’s Chute, Bagel Bowl—to find good snow. Then take the Peak 2 Peak gondola to Blackcomb, making your way toward the Blackcomb Glacier. If you have your big-boy pants on, skip the glacier and pick your way through Spanky’s Ladder. If it’s a powder day, reverse that order.
DRINK: Dusty’s Bar and BBQ in Creekside has live music, local beer, and a great locals’ vibe. Or try the brews at the Garibaldi Lift Co. in the Village for pub food, music, and a great patio.
EAT: Grab breakfast at Southside Diner in Creekside. End the day with as much sushi as you can eat (try the Sass Roll) at Sushi Village.
SLEEP: Want to risk getting a parking ticket or an early-morning knock on the door from the cops? Try Whistler’s Lot 5. Want to play it safe? Pony up for a spot (with a place to shower) in Riverside Resort, which is a $10 cab ride from Whistler Village.
