Our flagship restaurant serves an elegant small-plates menu, allowing guests to sample more tastes than at a traditional restaurant. A dedication to using the freshest ingredients combined with a sophisticated setting inside mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge makes The Mariposa a special experience that’s not to be missed.
Need a ski lunch makeover? Slide up to Royal Street Café, inside the Silver Lake Lodge, for the fresh Dungeness Crab Tower starter, followed by the Maple Bacon BBQ Bison Burger. Royal Street is also open for après-ski and dinner.
The freshest shellfish and fish are flown in nightly for the Seafood Buffet, located inside Snow Park Lodge on Thursday through Sunday evenings. Dungeness crab, oysters, sushi, sashimi-grade tuna and salmon, honey-soy glazed scallops and more, plus fresh-carved prime rib, duck breast and an expansive dessert selection are some of the many items offered.
The newest addition to our dining options, The Brass Tag is located inside the Lodges at Deer Valley but is open to the public. The menu focuses on cuisine cooked over an open flame, and specialties include a Mediterranean lamb burger, Duroc Farms bone-in pork chops, and fire-roasted gazpacho.
Enjoy Swiss raclette melted by a roaring fire, fine Italian cuisine, stews, and Swiss cured meats, plus speciality salads, soups, and cheeses in a family-friendly setting in Empire Canyon Lodge. Leave room for the chocolate fondue served with fruit, cake, and cookies.
Find coffee and espresso drinks, breakfast sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries, and grab-and-go dinners to cook at your condo. Stop by for après-ski to sample our menu of shareables as well as specialty cocktails, beer, and wine by the glass. Located in the Deer Valley Plaza building.
