Good upper-body technique enhances the movements you make in your lower body and center. Similarly, improper moves in the upper body work against you. How you carry your head, tilt your shoulders and use your arms to plant a pole play major roles in defining your style. Refining how you use these body parts will give your skiing a smoother style, meaning you’ll ski better and you’ll look better, too.
