Williston, Vt. (press release) – Hotronic USA has purchased the assets of Snapdry, the boot and glove dryer, from West American Technologies of Avon, Colo.
Hotronic will begin filling all orders immediately, including preseason orders placed with West American Technologies.
“Hotronic has long had an interest in the Snapdry product and has been discussing various options with (Snapdry inventor) Russell Rice for several years now,” said Geoff Bruce, general manager of Hontronic.
In the October 2002 issue of Skiing, Snapdry received the Platinum award in its category.
“Hotronic USA has put together a dynamite package by integrating the Micro Dryer into its product line,” said Russel Rice. “The two products work extremely well together. Both lines are top shelf.”
