just keeps gettin’ the goods. Another wave of storms just dropped 57 inches of snow on the mountains putting the total for the year at 329 inches.

Squaw Valley USA has received another 12 inches of new snow since Monday morning with a chance of more snow in the forecast through Wednesday.  To date, Squaw Valley USA has received 255 inches or 21 feet of snow so far this season and current base depths are 12 feet on the upper mountain and 8 feet on the lower mountain. This storm brings the seven day snow total at el. 8,200′ to 23 inches or nearly 2 feet.
