Montpelier, VT, Dec. 21–David S. Dillon has been selected to replace Candy Moot as president of the Vermont Ski Areas Association (VSAA). Dillon is a native Vermonter and ski industry executive having worked for S-K-I in the 1980’s and most recently as vice president of marketing and sales for Sugarbush.

Dillon will be charged with concentrating on VSAA’s initiative, “The Drive to 5.5,” which is an effort to increase skier visits in Vermont to levels last achieved in the late 1980’s.

“We’re pleased and very excited to have someone of David’s experience, energy and dedication to Vermont and its natural resources to lead our organization into the next century,” said VSAA Chair Allen Wilson.
