The release of IMPACT marks 55 years of winter and action sports filmmaking for Warren Miller Entertainment. This year, as the company celebrates its 55th birthday, the man who pioneered action sports cinematography will celebrate his 80th birthday. Take a look behind the scenes to see how Warren Miller Entertainment has evolved, how certain winter elements and action sports have remained the same, and gauge the huge IMPACT the company and the man, have had on the industry.
The IMPACT of Women in Winter Sports
IMPACT features more women than any previous Warren Miller movie, and these 17 women rip. From former Olympians Kelly Clarke and Hannah Hardaway to big mountain skier Wendy Fisher and freeskiing phenom Ingrid Backstrom, these ladies are leaving an IMPACT on winter sports.
