It’s that time of year party people: pond-skimming season! Covid put the kibosh on this most beloved spring tradition the past two season, but Halley O’Brien comes bearing good news: the biggest, baddest pond skim in the country will once again take place at Palisades Tahoe this year. The resort’s Cushing Crossing is the OG pond skimming event that inspired the nation after its debut in 1990, and to this day it’s arguably the most challenging and raucous pond skim around. Don’t believe us? Time to book your ticket to Palisades Tahoe, the spring skiing capital of the West, to see for yourself.
