Halley O’Brien is back with another Snow Report episode, and boy is there snow to report. So much snow, that some resorts in California and the Pacific Northwest couldn’t even open. Yes, winter has arrived with so much force in some parts of the country that resort employees have had to shovel the mountain. Think about that concept for a moment. In Palisades Tahoe, a record amount of the white stuff fell in December—211 inches, or 17.5 feet. Too much of a good thing? Come behind the scenes with Halley and find out how the hardest-hit resorts operate under these snowy circumstances to get the lifts spinning for all of us impatient shredders.

Tune in weekly for the latest episode of The Snow Report to get the scoop on the snow forecast and what’s trending in the ski universe.
