This elegant restaurant is open from December to April each year, and is about 15 miles from Sugarloaf. The chef and owner developed the menu with classic Maine cuisine in mind. It features dishes such as duck, mussels, salmon, lobster and rabbit. It has been a must-visit since it opened nearly 40 year ago. Try the roast duckling with rhubarb glaze or the maple cider chicken.
